whenNovember 22nd, during the school day. Each grade will run/walk the track together during their specified 20-minute Run/Trot/Walk. Should the weather be a little “frightful” that day, the rain date will be the following Monday, November 25th. It is important that we dress for the weather for this event! That means hats, gloves, jackets, and SNEAKERS! Also, it is important to bring water bottles!

howEven our youngest students can collect donations and will have a fun 20-minute run/walk with their friends. Students can ask family and friends for a flat donation to run/walk the course. We will have classroom awards in each grade for “Best Dressed,” “Most Money Raised,” “Farthest Collected Donation,” “Most Laps,” “Most Team Spirt,” and “Big Turkey Award” (for the class who raises the most money AND the most laps). To be able to decide who wins the “Farthest Collected Donation,” we recommend students reach out to their long-distance family and friends early and mark on the pledge form where the sponsors are from! Please submit the total money raised with the pledge form in an envelope with the student’s name and room number on it to their teacher on November 17th. Checks are to be made out to “PAWS PTO.”
